Sample inspection and quality requirements

Before mass production, a small number of samples will be produced and quality inspections will be conducted to confirm that the products meet the predetermined requirements. We will formulate product quality requirements to ensure that the product quality is qualified in the mass production.

Quality management in the production process

We have passed ISO13485. A mature quality management system enables us to take into account every minute detail in the production process and conduct quality inspections in accordance with quality requirements to ensure that we obtain qualified products.

Finished product quality inspection

Each batch of finished products will be inspected in accordance with quality standards and then a test report will be issued. Retain samples to ensure that each batch of products can be traced, and conduct long-term quality monitoring of the products to ensure the stability of product quality.

Product inspection before shipment

Before shipping, we will inspect the products and confirm with the customers to ensure that they will get the products which they want.
